Airbolt is a product of SJM Investments B.V., a private limited company registered in The Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use airbolt.dev and our services.

Account and contact information. When you sign up for our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address.

Uploaded code. When you use our scanning service, you upload source code or project files for analysis. We process this data solely to perform the security scan you requested.

Usage data. We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address to maintain and improve our service.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our security scanning service
• To communicate with you about your account, scans, and service updates
• To process payments for scans
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Code and Scan Data

Uploaded code is processed for the purpose of generating your security report. We do not sell, share, or use your code for any other purpose. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after your scan is complete and your report has been generated.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate our service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting)
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Scan reports are available for download for 30 days after generation, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Under the GDPR and applicable Dutch law, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time
