These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airbolt.dev and the Airbolt security scanning service ("Service"), operated by SJM Investments B.V., a private limited company registered in The Netherlands ("we", "us", "our").
By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Airbolt provides automated security analysis for software applications. You upload code or project files, and we generate a security report identifying potential vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, and other security issues.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the code you upload. We do not claim any rights over your code. We retain ownership of the Service, including our analysis engines, report formats, and all related intellectual property.
Scans are priced as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Due to the nature of digital services, all scan purchases are final. Once a scan has been initiated, no refunds will be issued, as the service is consumed immediately upon execution.
If a scan fails to complete due to a technical error on our side, we will either re-run the scan at no additional cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@airbolt.dev within 14 days of the charge.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our security reports. Our scans are automated and may not detect all vulnerabilities. The Service does not replace professional security audits or penetration testing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJM Investments B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded code is processed solely for security analysis and is deleted after your report is generated.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in The Netherlands.
